As State Coordinator, I had overall responsibility for building and leading the Tyrolean state organization. Under my leadership, the team grew from three to fifteen volunteers. In addition, we were able to significantly advance the organization in almost all areas and implement projects – such as initiating a statewide debate about crucifixes in classrooms with one of my motions, which was repeatedly picked up by the largest Tyrolean daily newspaper.
